The REGIONAL COMPETENCE consortium covers rural and urban areas in both North and South in a number of EU member countries and in one candidate country, Slovenia. The partner reagions are Blekinge (Sweden), Komen (Slovenia), Tuscany (Italy) and Castilla y Leon (Spain).
